The home kit was switched to Adidas manufacture once again. The shirt design was relatively plain with a collar at the neckline. There was white piping down the edges of the front and a liver bird design placed on the base back of the shirt. |

| Away Kit |
A very Bright yellow kit was introduced by Adidas for their return to Anfield. Mirroring the old days of the 1980's in shade the top was pretty plain with a touch of red on. It was accompanied by yellow shorts and socks. |

| Third Kit |
The third kit which was used mainly in europe was predominantly white in colour and made by Adidas. One sleeve was coloured green. |

| Goalkeeper Home Kit |
The goalie kit was newly designed by Adidas and orange in colour. It came with black shorts and socks. The neckline was plain round compared to the players jersey. |

The keeper was given a dark blue shirt this season with flashes of red down the sides |
